Previously, in my quest to connect all four capital cities of the UK and bikepack my way to each one, I had completed the journey from Edinburgh to London. But today, I’m setting off on the second leg of this adventure: London to Cardiff. Ahead of me lies just over 200 miles.

    1. Hey everyone, thanks for tuning in for another bikepacking adventure, where this time I continue my quest to link all the capitals cities of the UK. Last time I cycled from Edinburgh to London, so now it's time to head to Wales. Hope you enjoy this one, and thanks again for stopping by.

    2. Fantastic. we are very lucky with our autumn sunrises. Have just built a flat bar gravel bike to hit the trails round dorset, I've been a hard-core mountain biker since it all began so I blame you for getting me into gravel and I'm so pleased I did. Keep up the great videos. Dan
