I started off my 30 day ride across the United Kingdom with some flourish – 500 miles from London to Scotland in a single day so that I would have more time (and possibly better weather) in the North. It initially felt like I had bitten of more than I could chew, but it all worked out for the best. The Honda CRF 300 Rally may have been a tiny bike for this kind of riding, but it handled the task with ease. As the saying goes, we live and we learn.

    1. While in India it’s more of reactive riding style to the change in traffic conditions. In UK it’s more of proactive riding style as we can plan ahead while fully prepared for surprises

    2. In India you have to ride defensively as anything can happen and there are no rules just suggestions. In the uk the rules must be followed, and if you ride defensively someone will ram into you from behind. Not sure if Indian riders would survive long riding in the uk if they use indian anything goes rules, like going the wrong direction or failing to stop at intersections. Glad you sirvived
