A few minutes learning some basic pronunciation would be helpful; otherwise, very nice video. Bloemenmarkt isn’t worth going out of your way, but walk through on your way somewhere else. It’s mostly refrigerator magnets and low quality bulbs. Next week, I’m looking forward to the Frans Hals exhibit at the Rijksmuseum (rhymes with Likes museum), early spring at Keukenhof (Coke-enhof) and so many other things to do!

Amsterdam has way too many tourists, making the city unlivable for locals. because of overcrowding, noise from loud tourists, puke, littering, increase in rent because apartments are rented for short-stay, local shops replaces by tourist junk shops and fast-food for low-level tourists, etc. The central areas are no longer pleasant to live for the locals. So the clear message is: DO NOT VISIT Amsterdam. Stay away. We don't want your money. The city should be for the local Dutch population again.
