    1. If you haven’t already, could you make a video/short on what the different HR Zones look like with running form (especially Zone 2 which I have trouble staying in).

    2. These videos are:
      A. A total waste of time! What exact purpose does it serve?
      B. Getting so boring! Everyone & their money their mother are putting them out!

The look of one runners 10k pace @ 5:00 p/km will widely different from another’s. Cadence, stride length, vertical oscillation, GCT, GCB all play a part in the visual outcome of paces!

    3. Today I did 6:05 min / km pace and my heart rate reached 195 (the max I’ve seen is 198, almost 100%) 😅😅 I’ve got a lot of work to do.

    4. Really depends on the runners efficiency/fitness. Some runner make 4min/k pace look like a shuffle. Some make 6 min/k look like an all out sprint.

    5. when i started, just 2 3 months back, a 7 pace was difficult to maintain, fast forward to ankle injury, loads of shin splints and almost every run averaging 80% plus HB, today i am going to run a 5k aiming to finish it in 24:30 max

    6. Mine’s a 4:10.
      I don’t really like the 10k.
Not as painful as a 5k but that one still feels like utter shite.
I prefer the full marathon any day.

The wildest thing to me is actually that your race pace seems really scary in training but on race day you somehow pull it off.

    7. I can't understand the pace thing , can someone explain me plz ? Like when I run it shows you are running 7'34 pace , does this mean that Iam taking 7'34 minutes for per 1 mile or km or something else ????? And if I run too fast it shows my run is 5'20 pace and idk wt this shit is Iam confused

    8. I am old now but I never enjoyed the short distances. I loved the ultra marathon distances. Here in South Africa we have a race called the Comrades Marathon. It is 90km and on my best effort I managed 7hr 22m which was a 5.03 pace. It was a tough day at the office.
