My 5:13 pace feels like a 3:45!! 😂
Nice. Mo is an amazing and fast chap!
How does 5:13 looks very easy on you 😢😢.Please add the heart rate too; thank you.
Please provide min/miles for us silly americans 😅
If you haven’t already, could you make a video/short on what the different HR Zones look like with running form (especially Zone 2 which I have trouble staying in).
Don't wanna be that guy, but most calculations are wrong 🙊
5:13km pace is a 52:10 10k time
4:50km pace is a 48:20 10k pace
Only the third one is correct 😅
These videos are:
A. A total waste of time! What exact purpose does it serve?
B. Getting so boring! Everyone & their money their mother are putting them out!
The look of one runners 10k pace @ 5:00 p/km will widely different from another’s. Cadence, stride length, vertical oscillation, GCT, GCB all play a part in the visual outcome of paces!
My pace is 4:30
How does his 5k pace looks so easy on him, it looks like my 3: 45 pace, what am i doing wrong
When 5:13 is your all out effort 👁️👄👁️
Where pacing?
Today I did 6:05 min / km pace and my heart rate reached 195 (the max I’ve seen is 198, almost 100%) 😅😅 I’ve got a lot of work to do.
Really depends on the runners efficiency/fitness. Some runner make 4min/k pace look like a shuffle. Some make 6 min/k look like an all out sprint.
when i started, just 2 3 months back, a 7 pace was difficult to maintain, fast forward to ankle injury, loads of shin splints and almost every run averaging 80% plus HB, today i am going to run a 5k aiming to finish it in 24:30 max
His 4:50 pace looked quicker than 3:45
4:55
Dude your must be short
The fastest 10k I ran was 1:04:34 when I was like 10.
Yo 2;45 x kilómetros 24 kilómetros 🎉
Would have been great with a stationary cameraman
En 10 debería ser 01:26
No matter who you are with time paces become achievable and your running form will naturally improve.
5:18/km is 53 minutes…
When you get to 30:32 for a 10k let me know, o and that was on a hilly course and the finish was up hill to boot
In march my pace was 7'30'' +, and now it's 5'30. now whenever I look sideways i can't believe how fast 🚴三 I'm moving through space
Like on the treadmill these paces look impossible for me. 4.30 is like flat out for me
My 5.13 has much smaller steps but faster cadence
Mine’s a 4:10.
I don’t really like the 10k.
Not as painful as a 5k but that one still feels like utter shite.
I prefer the full marathon any day.
The wildest thing to me is actually that your race pace seems really scary in training but on race day you somehow pull it off.
5:13 isn't a 53:00. It's a 52:10
In my last event the last 10k where round about 75 to 80min. It was km 90-100. And it felt like chasing jim walmsley
the math is cancer i wish runners would use kph.
5:13/km it is 52:10 for 10k not 53…
57:41 😂😂
У меня 5.17 на 10км, бегаю 2 месяца 58 лет
Paused it and looks severely overstride 😢😊
Bro why 4:50 looks faster
I can't understand the pace thing , can someone explain me plz ? Like when I run it shows you are running 7'34 pace , does this mean that Iam taking 7'34 minutes for per 1 mile or km or something else ????? And if I run too fast it shows my run is 5'20 pace and idk wt this shit is Iam confused
🧢 video
I am old now but I never enjoyed the short distances. I loved the ultra marathon distances. Here in South Africa we have a race called the Comrades Marathon. It is 90km and on my best effort I managed 7hr 22m which was a 5.03 pace. It was a tough day at the office.
Is the any elevation changes to see different times, mostly seeing flat plan running 😢
How is 5:13/km = 53:00 10K? It’s 50 minutes plus 130 seconds or 52:10 😇
내가 49분인데 빨리뛰는거 처럼보인다.
