  1. I think the Adobo in coconut Milk used Native Chicken, which is skinnier than the Leghorn chickens KFC uses.. The Tinola (chicken papaya soup) also used Native chicken

  2. Dude, the thing that makes your videos so special and enjoyable to watch is that you always show an immense amount of love and respect for the people, culture, and food of every place you travel to. Friendly and kind, with a good amount of funny but authentic moments, and a deep knowledge of dishes, spices, and cooking techniques. The perfect balance of educational and entertaining. Keep shining, brother!

  3. Eyyy๐Ÿค™๐Ÿค™๐Ÿค™ Enjoy your stay at Bicol. While your there try Kinalas. The Best!!! And since you are eating out at karinderias. Try their own version of Laing and Bicol expressa and try to compare it with the versions here in Manila. For dessert, I would recommend halo-halo from Ice Blinker, that's legendary. And I don't know how long your staying there. But if you are still at Bicol up until the 25th. You should visit my hometown in Pili, Camarines Sur, there is a fiesta coming up by then. Have fun Max. ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š

Masiramon is the Bicol word for masarap FYI.
