    1. Brilliant video! You had it all, friends, autumn sunshine, a misty dawn and a proper touristy tour of London! Glad you didn’t have any major issues with that big city traffic. Well done ducky! 🚴‍♂️

    2. Yes you cant beat the earlier MIC seasons, with Spencer, Hugo, Millie, Louise, Binky and co. Still follow Spencer on strava and you might catch him on his runs along the embankment and battersea. Loved the drama back then. (even when we knew it was scripted) 😀

    3. Is the pink light from the stadium? I live close to a football stadium and the same glow comes out the top of it. It’s apparently UV lights for the pitch 🧐

    4. You're lucky to have such good friends and were able to visit with them; don't take that for granted. Didn't you go on a multi-day ride w/ a couple of those women?

    5. Couple of reasons we dont have rides like this in Manchester. First its a shithole. Second we dont have parks big enough to do laps around. I mean do you want to ride round Heaton Park. Third we have cycle routes like the Fallowfield loop, where thugs hide in bushes and jump you to steal your bike. Fourth Manchester has been turned into a no go area, its too hard to cycle through with all the street architecture supposedly designed to keep us safe, when actually its more like an obstacle course. They used to say its grim up north…it is now!

    6. Now I’m no MIC fan, but my favourite place in London was in the background of your intro, Albert Bridge. I used to work in the building on the south side of the bridge and after a 1 1/2 hour train/tube/bus commute walking across the bridge was my 5 minute de-stress before work, still love that place!
