  2. Very confused about the ending there. You never really answered the question of how can I improve my creativity while also minimizing my boredom. I think that’s truly the biggest question here and the one you asked at the beginning

  3. Downtime is interesting. I think crucially it's downtime without high mental stimulation.

    Like, we want to do something original and memorable, but to "not waste" any time, we stay constantly absorbed in something very stimulating – but very familiar – and feel, ironically, in the end that we HAVE wasted all our time.
    Just actually wasting 15 minutes in the morning with a cup of coffee and sitting quietly could end up being the most productive part of your day.
