  1. My mom gifted me Kefir grains. I honestly can't go back to not having them as part of my daily diet. The yogurts I make are so delicious and just make me feel good. And since it tends to reproduce fast, I have now gifted my own friends kefir too lol. I want them to also live healthy🥰

  2. I just started Keto.. I understand Kefir is good for Keto.. However, I can't find the nutritional values, Protein, Fat, Carbs and Calories for homemade product. I understand the fermenting process eats up most of the sugars. Can you help?

  3. I’ve been trying to go vegan, I moved to Spain and good quality whole foods are very cheap here and I’ve found that I feel much better all around and sleep better when I eat vegan. Everything I eat is homemade, very little processed foods, only problem is I used to love kefir and now I’m instead eating kimchi, sauerkraut, tempeh, kombucha, and soy yoghurt regularly. I’d be interested to compare the makeup of strains in my current diet vs when it included kefir.

  4. Do you drink it or eat it? Is it like Milk or Yogurt? I keep seeing clumpy cottage-cheese looking stuff, but then it's sold as a "drink". Which is it?

What I don’t get why people show off their bodies and in your face totally disrespect and spirit just self ego and yes it is just be humble with spirit and energy and vibration appreciate and be grateful……I never ever showed off believe or arrogantly not I never did and lots of people say I should, I replied why respect my spirit of humbleness…….creator above forbid and energy and vibration and universe and spirit on people who show off no control and silence and self respect with enlightenment and appreciation….the truth is stranger than fiction

  6. The average Probiotic Strains in Kefir is about 30, not 50. And that is, if it is homemade with Kefir Grains.
    What you buy in stores are not authentique Kefirs, but Hybrid Kefirs which are Kefir/ Yoghurts, made with pasteurised milk.
    If you make authentique Kefir with Kefir Grains, with Raw Milk, it is a very poweful Probiotic.

  7. My aunt, who is 79 y.o., began to lose weight rapidly and constantly had diarrhea or vomited. The doctor ordered all kinds of tests, mainly thinking it could be cancer, but all the tests came out fine, however, she continued to be sick and losing weight. She is 5'7" tall and weighed 44 kg.

    Her appearance was that of someone very sick, pale and emaciated.

    She began to drink kefir and in a few months she has gained 3 kg, she stopped having diarrhea and vomiting constantly and, above all, she stopped looking sick. The color returned to her face, she no longer has dark circles under her eyes and her eyes began to shine again.

    It should be noted that the only change she made, both in her diet, as in the medications she takes, and her lifestyle, was to drink kefir on an empty stomach.
