The specialized is better than the trek. The group set is a slightly higher level, and that suspension fork on the trek is going to give you trouble, considering the age.
The price is fine. Haggle what you can off, but you won’t regret paying 225 for it.

A $2-300 Sirrus or Allez would be a good buy. I have been riding my 20yo Allez to work and ill-advisedly touring on it for a decade. They’re solid entry-level road bikes for sure.
