Grizl headset fix

Finally grew sick of the Grizl headset and decided to fix it.
Put some new bearings in, which never seen to last long and is annoyingly expensive.
Took out the very odd Canyon expander plug, which was a major pain in the ass.
Installed a proper expander plug from Pro.
Cut steerer tube.
Now able to preload the bearing confidently without fear of breaking that stupid plastic preload cap.
Front end feels great now, so glad I did it!
