Does this look correct? Is the shifter cable supposed to cross the frame and the cross again at the cable guide under the bottom bracket? Or should I just do it all on the right side of the frame? Its shifting, just seems like unneeded friction where it crosses under the frame

The minor first: The rear derailleur housing is a little short, especially when you cycle it through the gears. I would make it an inch longer, with the goal of having 1 inch straight housing from the derailleur mount and frame stop in all gears, but you can probably run it like it is.

The major issue is how the housing runs from the flat bar controls. Technically, it should work fine since it isn’t binding; however aesthetically it looks horrible and there is a higher possibility of a snag with such long housing.

Dropbar “brifters” and brake levers, whether the routing is aero not, directs the housing towards the derailleurs and the brakes, not pointing forward.

I’m in debate writing this because I have only used matching components, ie dropbar shifters and levers with road and gravel bikes and flatbar controls with mountain bikes. Your bike will work fine I suppose but just look weird with flopping housing, with the caveat that long housing may get caught on branches or bags.
