There is a twist in my tyre, which I tried to adjust but didn't succeed. Normally I'd just change the tyre, but I'm not sure, because my last tyre had the same issue, and I've been using this one for like a month now, and there wasn't any issues with it. I got a puncture, changed tubes and then this came out. Do I just buy a new wheel? I'm afraid if I just change the tyre again the same problem will appear again

Twist in tyre – tyre's fault or rim's?

    1. It looks like the bead is just not seated properly onto the rim, you should be able to see the edge of the tyre bead all the round the rim of the weheel.

      1. deflate the tire
      2. spray windex/window cleaning fluid all around the the perimeter of the tire
      3. inflate to a little over max pressure
      4. run into another room and close the door
      5. wait for either a loud bang or the “relaxing snap” of the tire bead snapping into place. maybe ten minutes.
      6. go back in the room and reduce to your regular pressure.

Installation error. What happens when you deflate the tire and roll the bead into place?

    4. I would say it’s the operator’s fault, the tire is not properly seated in the rim.

    5. Update: I solved it, thanks for your advices.

The rim is probably a bit wide, so the tyre didn’t get seated on it properly. I infated it more and “massaged” it into its place.

Thank you again, I really appreciate your patient advices.
