Is it possible to learn a backwards manual this way? It’s hard to find a video of a 180 into a manual, so it makes me wonder if this is even possible. I love all kinds of manuals, so I’d be really happy to learn the backwards one. Almost as much as the nose manual.
By the way, I’m 33 and started riding again 1.5 years ago after about a 15-year break.
Is it possible to learn backwards manual by learning backlash?

yes its basicly the same just without the curve 🙂
I am working on learning fakie manuals as well, I can maybe do about 3 or 4 feet, still can’t find the “balance point” even though I am competent enough with manuals. I can never do a backlash and just straight up 180 then hit the manual position.
