Hopefully second time lucky for me, fingers crossed 2025 is my year at Badlands.
Great Adventure😁 Sherry is a bad ass! Like some kind of cycling ninja🥷
Thanks for sharing. Glad your crash was not serious. I know from experience how a crash can and still does impact my mind and body now I am cycling again after recovery. Your willingness to continue through the paid of maximum effort reminds me also to continue through my own pain and discomfort on bike rides a 10th as long and a 10th as difficult as Badlands as I cycle to regain my cycle fitness from zero one day at a time.
Have you said that you have done or intend to do the Tour Divide race?
Excellent video. Great performance finishing it in just 3 days. What was the hottest and lowest temperatures you experienced?
Chapeau .
Well Done! ❤
nice video thanks you. Do you use wet lube or wax for your transmission, and when rain all day?
Très belle vidéo 👍👍
„Now I am a pro Gravel rider“ 😄 I guess you were that before 😄💛 You are my personal gravel inspiration. Thank you for taking us with you on your adventures! I love your videos!
congrats Sherry. super performance 👍
flying over Granada's Alhambra – so cool
Well done, you have such a can do attitude, always a smile and incredible focus. Very impressive.
Awesome! Great spirit and superior
production to deliver all emotions
Thank you very much for sherry-ng your adventure. There‘s obviously no land bad enough to scare you away. Wow!
Great achievement and very enjoyable video
Congratulations and thanks for sharing your adventure with us.
Awesome Sherry 💪🏻
Chapeau!!!
👏👏👏👏👏
Congratulations to you and everyone else that crossed the start line. Many years ago Sherry when I was a little boy on tv there was a cartoon character called The Mighty Atom and they had magic powers to do anything they wanted to do. I think you must be related because its amazing the difficult races you do. Keep doing them Sherry and you will never get old.
Congratulations.🎉🙏🤘🤝👏
If you go next time again, with tire widh would you choose.
40,45,50 oder 55.
Thanks
Sherry kicks chuck norris's butt.😂
Sorry to see you fall off the bike but great to see it not stop you. Great effort and video and well done to you both 🤗
Geweldig gedaan 🏅👏👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
What tire brand, model and tire did you use for Badlands?
Congratulations! 3 days is amazing. I'm 53 and did it in 10 days on my own tempo and outside of the race last May. Can't even comprehend how it's done in three days…
The sensation I prefer is when you feel you cannot push on the pedals anymore, when you cannot put any power to go on and when all is in mind. Otherwise it is too easy. Nevertheless I am a bit afraid of this situation all sensible personne has to avoid.
Almost from the start I already want to finish because I know it will be long and tough. But kilometers after kilometers, thanks to a good bike; good technology, good tachometer I begin to enjoy because I know I will be sad when I will finish. Today, sunday, I rode 92 km on Mountain bike among racing bikes, wthout drink. My average speed the first hour must have been 20km/h because of the car's circulation and traffic lights.
The second hour it must have been 30km/h on a circuit . The third hour : 30km/h approximately on a circuit. So that, the last 45 minutes of my ride, I only did 12km/h, because I could not drink. The water was in mybackpack but I have no time to stop and open it.
I had dry throat and legs hard as wood and I knew I couldn't drink before I finished otherwise it would mean I agreed with urban stress. I had no strengh not at all but only pure energy.
Compared to the Urban stress, I find the spanish desert is a cute and sweet place.
By the way, when Miss Cardona crashed, the earth blessed her. In a brutal way, surely, but a real blessing. I don't wish her to craxh, off course, but that happens
And I guess Gereon didn't sleep for 43hours. It isn't ultracycling but ultra awakening.
On the other hand I wonder if cyclists against the clock are or not a kind of modern rabbit of the cartoon "Alice in Wonderland".
Here's something might be interesting :

Something else very interesting. I found a jewel : an old french champion 90years old 1000 km every month by bike and only 30 or 40km by car
