It took a hot minute to get the drivetrain delivered, so that caused delays.
Then there were compatibility issues with installation
But I got it all sorted and my first ride was fantastic.
The bike is very agile and the ride is surprisingly not stiff.
I think I will get a stem riser and I also need to figure out a kickstand (paniers are heavy), but I'm a happy camper.
