Hey Riders…..
Prepare for an all out Virtual Sprint bike race on ROUVY. This route is perfect for all levels of riders. It will be fast, flat and thankfully short. We will be using the ROUVY virtual cycling application to complete a lap of a race in Dresden, Germany.

When we had the Paris race back in March, it was the first time we tested the new drafting algorithm and smashed the route leaderboard. Today was the first time we tested the new aero wheelsets and the route leaderboard is re-written all over again. I believe this race gives a good snapshot of how pan flat races will look like from now one. Dropping riders will be even harder. Aero wheelsets mean faster speeds, faster speeds mean more drafting. Even the 10-12 wkg breakaway attempts may not be successful anymore. Overall good workout, IF 0.97 for me. I just tried to save the best for the little kickers knowing big attacks will come there and they did. Went into the final sprint with 12 other riders, I think I came out 7th or 8th overall. On to next Sunday!! The special one!! I hope we see all these riders again next Sunday.
