Here's a clip of her going over some rocks, i'm no setup suspension expert.. so maybe this is fine, just looks… bouncy. her sag is set correctly as far as I can tell, from looking at this do you see any rebound issues?
Kinda looks like the rebound is a tad fast. Dial it back a little, see how it goes. Does she notice that it feels bouncy?

Fork looks fast to me, can’t tell about the shock. In my experience feel is more useful than video at low speed – video is more helpful at high speed. YMMV on this of course.
That section of rocks looks like a good place to make adjustments and re-run. It can be very helpful to make dramatic changes (rebound all the way slow or all the way fast for example, or the same with compression) to get an understanding of what’s going on. Don’t neglect riding UP stuff like that to gauge suspension performance too.

The rebound looks fast because she’s going so slow. If she were going much faster it looks like it would be perfect.
