Absolutely fixable. It hasn’t bent badly enough to kink or seriously work harden the metal. Drop the chain, wedge something stiff between the two halves of the cage (to keep them spaced equidistantly and to spread the force across them), jam a lever in there and gently bend it back. Go easy and you’ll be fine.
It could be that the hanger is bent, rather than the cage. If that’s the case, disassemble the mech and bend the hanger portion back into alignment.
