Originally bought the Sunday Streetsweeper complete bmx, I’ve now just kept the odyssey free coaster, rims, tyres and the Sunday freeze top load stem. I replaced basically everything else apart from some bits and pieces. I got the Kilian Roth Keswick green Cult shorty IC frame coming with a 21 inch top tube, 13-13.3 chainstay, 8.65 stand over height, 75.5 degree head tube angle. I found that with the Streetsweeper frame (which I had in a 20.75) was a little cramped (I’m 5,11) and I found the back end far too responsive (chain-stay 12.75 – 13) not only was a looping out, but even worse than that I was not fully committing to certain moves because of that fear. So this new frame has helped with all those issues while still being responsive enough to do everything I want. The colour of the cult frame is also so nice, interesting but not too flashy. The streetsweeper colour purple was beginning to annoy me, so I knew I needed something a bit more reserved. My only tiny gripe with the new frame was the shorter stand over height, as I wanted the most visually appealing bike possible, and I do like the look of the taller ones, however I must say that the only reason I notice anything is because I’m looking for it, and the bike looks great regardless, and fits me perfectly. I have the We the people pathfinder bars in 9 inch, Sunday Darkwave fork and Jonsin fat seat. Gonna get the odyssey 2 piece cranks at the end of the year to completely finish the build.
