I was gifted a second hand De Rosa which is in general pretty good condition except one major modification fail. Somebody thought it was a good idea to glue cable stops in place and it looks like a disaster. I have a lot of experience with fiberglassing but I was wondering if anyone has any special tips for working with this area.
