Hey everyone, Im curious how to go about putting swept back handlebars on a bike I have been fixing up from craigslist. Im looking to make it a more upright ride and id like to replace the stem and handlebars but wasn’t sure if anyone had any recommendations on what stem to swap. Im also not sure if it would throw the ride off.

    2. You don’t need to change the stem, just get bars with the same diameter as the current bars.

    3. I have a similar stem to yours on my Trek 750. I recently got riser bars for it. I have several stems to choose from but the original stem turned out to be the right one. I just went out to the garage and took a pretty bad flash picture for you. Two different grips because I’ve been testing several grip types on several bikes. The yellow Ergon ga3 large is the winner! … And I’ve ordered a second set.

you can see the bars if you search AliExpress for “Uno aluminum alloy MTB road swallow”. There are three bars in the listing, but only one has a 25.4 mm clamp. I had found the specs on the Kallloy website. I think the rise was 70 mm.
