Looking for advice – I’d like to buy my dad a rear rack for his birthday, can anyone help me understand what rack would work? I see the small mounting hole on the bottom but not sure what would be needed to attach it to the top. Forgive my ignorance!Â

Yes, pretty much any standard rack will work there, but the lack of eyelets up top will make it a little more of a challenge (but easily overcome). You can find these pretty cheap. Got this for under 15 USD
Needs more information. Does he tour? If so, many of the clamp options mentioned here might not be the most reliable.
