I just started Zwift and made these Shiftee Dummies / Hoods for a dropbar as there is no need for brakes or shifting. I modeled these for 3D Printing with the Shimano GRX as a reference. If you're interested in them for your Fixie, you can download them for free on printables. They are comfortable and look quite nice under the bar tape.
