Just had my AC joint redone in my shoulder for the first time. 2 weeks out of surgery and my shoulder feels good, obviously won’t be riding for a while and will be doing PT to rehab the shoulder. I’m 22 Y/O and was just wondering if anybody else has had AC joint/ shoulder surgery to see how their experience was once back on the bike. Also how long it took you to get back to riding? Any advice helps, thanks.
