      The only way I’d ride this once straightened is if a proper frame builder did it, otherwise I agree it new fork time

    2. Surly sells similar forks, but your bike co-op probably has some donor frames available.

    3. If metal has been bent in such a way that it is permanently deformed, it no longer has the same strength (Google yield point). Do you want a fork with less strength?

    4. If the fork is overbuilt (aka not super thin walled and light) it might hold, but never to the same standard it once did.

      Cheapest replacement option that may work
      Find your fork geometry with this, and measure the steerer tube on your fork, etc
      Check cheap old road bikes in your area and compare the fork geometry to yours, note any change in dimensions on the new fork would change your bikes handling.

      I think the crown and the steerer are bent, I’d bet one of the blades is bent too. New fork time
