I’ve had great luck with USE posts.
Zero experience with headshock, but told when well maintained/maintenanced they actually perform quite well.

Personally I can’t get into the aesthetics of a suspension seat post, they make me think of abandoned 2000s step-though frames in an apartment building bike lock-up, but I’m sure they are worthwhile if you’re riding a lot of rough rooty trails.

What’s going on with the downtube? The front cockpit is not the prettiest and doesn’t do the frame justice, but if it fits you, ride on!
