Hey all. Im really confused about tyre size etc. Amateur alert. Would this tyre fit on this rim ?the RIM already has a 29 inch tyre mounted on it. So with the new tyre I suppose I would put a 28 inch inner tube inside it..

Yes it’ll fit, they both have the same ISO rim diameter, but the 29er gains that extra inch from the external tyre diameter, ie the tyres are usually 2.× inches.Â
