Excuse me but as i know Bolt Is still prety much Alive, and as Long as Bolt hold world records in 100-200 and 4×100 he Is the fastest ALIVE*…..And for Lyles he Is great guy and fastest man on the track in the moment but still we all know who wears the crown as fastest man Alive.
