Consistently getting like 5" hops up curbs, but I can't really get any pop or more height than that. I found that I never really get past this position as my full extension. I cant get my back all the way straight. When I am doing this, it feels like I'm being yanked back forward. Tips for getting full back and leg extension? I keep telling myself to stand up straight.

I’m not really sure what you’re asking. You trying to get the back wheel up? Pull with your feet. Least that’s what I do, drag it up with the balls of my feet. No expert at all, just a weekend warrior.

    2. A video would help more than a photo. Your arms are bent a little so you might be using your arms too much but it’s hard to tell

    3. Once those bars are up, push em forward as hard as you can.

You’ll want to do a backward to forward loop with the bars.

The main part people never really pick up quickly is that in order for the bike to get up, the wheels must be even.

So, get the bars up, then push them forward, you’ll feel the back wheel lift. When you feel that, take your feet, and “kick your own ass” with them.

      Practice and you’ll get it.
