    1. It may be a bad photo, but this poor cervelo seems to be in a bad state. Saddle is disintegraing. Stem seems to have corrosion. I expect the rest to be in bad state too. I’d pass on this one.

      Looks like a 2006 – if you really like the frame and plan to refurbish the rest of it $300 isn’t crazy. If you’re on a budget and not a mechanic I would pass.

    3. Looks like the carbon bits are all sunbleached.

      I would say that it’s an unsafe bicycle and worth no money unless someone wants parts or frame

      Edit: To clarify: carbon fiber is all held together with epoxy (glue). If you left a dollop of glue on 3 pieces of cardboard; one stored for one year outside to the direct sun and cold, one in your garage whose temperature can vary wildly, and one in your air conditioned room, you would find a significantly varying amount of brittleness between the three. Now compound this by how many years old this bike is and how long it was stored in the sun…..
