I'm getting back into cycling targeting a 140mi 2.5 day trip in May next year and looking to establish a baseline for fitness over longer distances with climbs. Can anyone help me characterise the above? I'm male 34 year old weighting 90kg. Pretty sure I didn't fuel myself enough! My last FTP test was a month ago and was 151. Thanks in advance!

    1. No start is a bad start, keep riding, and you will get faster and build up your endurance. I consider myself to be in moderate shape for my age (male, 27) and I would complete this ride in about 2 hour 20 minutes I’d guess
