In the last episode I’ve introduced my new motorcycle, a 1987 Yamaha Tenere. This motorcycle is the same age as me! Although… this bike is far from the original version by now. In this video, Moritz will show you the ins and outs of this incredible and unique motorcycle.

Thank you all for the awesome name suggestions! ❤️ I’ve picked a winner 🤩 This name was suggested by several of you and I loved it instantly. Since my 1987 Tenere turned out to be a little Frankenstein (watch this episode 😜), her name is FRANKIE 😍 So here we go, Frankie and I will be conquering the world together 💪🔥
This is amazing. I'm lost for words about so much knowledge and solutions “how to build a bike that will do for Noraly's trip”. I am so looking forward to this trip. It's going to be good.
Kocham Cię Mała jesteś super.
I love the way his mind works. Amazing man. He has thought of everything. 💕
Some count jumping🐑to get to sleep but Noraly can count Tenere while go to sleep😂.
That is a very awesome shop setup
I have some questions/doubts. 1. Oil pressure indicator, 2. It could fit odometer with reset trip because at least you would know how much aprox. you still have fuel in tank (dash from TW 200), 3. Better lightning or at least add side leds, 4. Electric horn is a must, especially if car/truck is reversing and he cant see you, 5
There is no grip heaters? And for the record please this are only suggestions so do not take it in a wrong way 😊
Can’t understand .. having 2.4M subscribers, why a brand doesn’t sponsor you and give you a motorcycle for the season. I think these brands are not paying attention 😉
Can they add LED lights? To look more modern
Mijn eerste motor, de XT550.
Amazing!!!
Looks like they have half of XT in the world in Hausen.
My man must have the coolest wife in the world😂
You should take this video with you to help a machanic fix this cool monster (it wont be much needed). Safe travel Noraly
He is truly the Einstein of Yamaha TT‘s. Thank you for updating us all on your build, and giving us a tour of his amazing shop. Just curious no fuel gauge??? now you’re gonna have to do all that computation figuring out all your fuel stops while you are out there in the vastness of your ride. Anyways, be safe out there, and enjoy your new motorcycle.
What an incredible workshop. This bike is going to be the perfect RTW adventure tourer.
Very cool bike
Very ugly motorcicle, I expected a new bike. All this simplicity made A very rare bike, not pretty nore new, each piece, you will need to know or show the “part” in orther to try to find a spare part. I DIDNT LIKE IT.
Not to be a neg, but this bike is dated plus the mixed parts from different years concerns me. If you breakdown in a different country part availability will be null to nothing rendering the bike done for. No gas gage? I really think a new 2024 large CC Honda would have been a better option. Good luck!
Noraly, I forgot mention that I love the Ukrainian colours, sort of.
Wow, very resourceful options and back ups. Good old school.
Very enjoyable episode.
Welcome back once again and ride safe. 🖖🏼🤟🏼🙏🏼
Welcome back, Noraly! My favorite adventurer has finally escaped the clutches of the dreaded Collarbone Conspiracy! We've missed your infectious smile and boundless enthusiasm more than a motorcycle misses its spark plug.
Congratulations on your shiny new/old two-wheeled steed! It's so custom-made, I hear it purrs your name when you start it up. "No-ra-ly, No-ra-ly!" Now that's what I call a personal touch!
As you embark on your next batch of inspiring journeys, may your roads be smooth (but not too smooth – where's the fun in that?), your skies be clear (except for the occasional rainbow), and your encounters be as colorful as your riding gear.
Remember, the world isn't just your oyster – it's your entire seafood platter! So go out there and devour it with your usual gusto. We'll be here, living vicariously through your adventures and pretending our office chairs have suspension.
Ride safe, laugh often, and keep that helmet hair flying proud!
Cheers🍻
Absolutely awesome – the simplicity makes this a very special bike – you surely will have amazing adventures on this beauty 👊🏻
If I didn't know any better I would say someone is building a bike to race in an epic desert environment. Historically a race that involved a starting point known for its cheeses and ending in a city famous for its colorful clothing.
I wish you all the best for your new adventure! 🤗✌️
That Yamaha will live for eternity with All those parts. Alladins cave.😮
Fuel gauge or lack of might take a bit of getting used to apart from that you might never have to go back home. You can do your travel vlogs for the rest of your life 😂
You can literally break down anywhere on the planet and this wonderful man will fed ex you whatever you need.
Actually he'd probably take it as hand luggage and fit it for you.
His passion for the bikes and Dakar is very apparent.
So happy your well and back on the road soon.
Frankie is an epic dream build,I love the tenere.
Good luck and try not to break anything X
This will be a whole new ride for you. Reliable motorcycle and built tough. Look forward to to series 8 and new T-shirts.
