As you can see in the picture. I only have 1 eyelet on each side of my front fork. I need more space for water. I am assuming I can just get normal cages and use voile straps or zip ties for tie downs. But can you get 1 bolt botles cages? Any other suggestions will be appreciated.

There are many fork racks and bags and mounting solutions out there for adding capacity for more gear, but if you are just adding capacity for a couple more water bottles, yeah, a normal bottle cage mounted on the eyelet at the top of the cage and a zip tie around the bottom is probably the simplest and cheapest way to go. Whatever you do, ensure that the bottle can never swing around into your wheel.
Several brands make things like this: https://www.bike-discount.de/en/elite-universal-mounting-vip-for-bottle-cage?number=20012639
I have used them for touring for quite a while and had mostly good luck apart from one aluminium bottle cage breaking at the mount due to fatigue (the mount was fine though).
One package contains two. So you’d be able to cover both fork legs with one package.
Regular bottle cage plus lots and lots of electrical tape.
