No it should be fine. Even when locked it will compress a little bit. Just for cases like this.
Maybe check your psi but other than that I wouldn’t worry too much

Pretty sure these shocks have a blow-off valve for situations like yours so should be okay.
If you’re not sure take it to your LBS and let them advise you

It’s probably fine, but one time, I did have a rockshox monarch lock up from leaving it locked and hitting some hard drops. It got stuck compressed, I had to get it serviced, but that’s all.

Modern shocks have blow off valves for the damper oil, designed as such for the occasional whoopsie!

Only potential problem is that the damper could have been damaged, which is unlikely. If the damper functions as before, you’re all good. If you start to notice weird noises coming from it, or adjusting the damper doesn’t do anything, get it rebuilt.Â
