Did you remove the axle? If not yours has sheared off just past the bearing. On the hub in your hand you have the cone half of the hearing and inside you have the cup with the balls still seated. If you took out the axle then it looks like the cone end cap has come loose.
Maybe some more experienced eyes will give a better answer or take a trip to your local bike shop.

I had the same thing happen to my I9 Hydra hub, but on the opposite side. Had a flat tire and when I turned it horizontal to look over the tire, the driver fell off w part of the internal axle still in it. It sheared just inside the bearing.
I9 didn’t seem phased at all and actually has redesigned axles for sale on their website, so they put replacement in the mail the next day. Sadly, FedEx has been holding the package at a warehouse near me. ¯_(ツ)_/¯
Wasn’t too hard to punch out the bearings and prep it for replacement. Can’t wait to finish it!
