A “lightly used” often needs more of a tuneup than one that was used regularly, as it could have been sitting at the back of the garage gathering rust and dust and completely neglected. Who knows what needs replacing?

$400 tops if you’re having to pay for the tune up and new tires. $600 and she gets it tuned up and slaps new tires on it. $900? Might as well add another $500 on top and get yourself a new bike or one that’s more recent and doesn’t need a tune up and new tires
