Fairly bad but not the end of the world. New derailleur time, but also check if the hangar is bent. It’s supposed to bend in situations like this to make sure the frame doesn’t, should be an easy and cheap replacement if so.

I mean. Don’t ride it. Should be about £35 to get a bike shop to fix it. Or buy a second hand one on ebay and watch a 15 min video, which will set you back a tenner and an hour or so.

Replace that hanger to be safe. Very common hanger. Replace the Derailleur with a Altus or Acera. Tourney are horrible. If you’re chain isn’t bent too…easy to do at a bike shop. Or if you’re good at this stuff. DIY easy project.
