Cycling the Rhine-Main-Danube Canal from Nuremberg to Kelheim

The Rhein-Main-Donau canal joins the part of Europe draining northwards via the Rhine to the part draining Eastwards via the Danube. It rises to above 400m though it’s a gentle ride. We used it to get to the start point of our Danube trip.
