Brand new bike. The front wheel says 9-13.5 nm so I used the 10nm wrench that came with the bike. If I do that then the screws and rotor scrape against the for cause it’s too tight. If have to loosen it a good amount so it won’t scrape and my brakes don’t rub, but then my front tire isn’t secure and is loose on the axle. I’ve tried adjusting the calipers and watched videos. I have no clue what to do here. I took a video but it won’t let me post here. Anyone have any advice?

Yea, take the bike in for a service from wherever you took it. The first service should be free,, they’re going to calibrate tge brake pistons for you
