I absolutely love this adjuster that sits in my tektro cantis on my cx bike. They make quick releasing the wheel and doing on the fly adjustments a breeze, but can't seem to find these cables anywhere! It's time to replace them. Anyone got any leads?

Looks like a basic shift cable, unless I’m missing something.
TRP Revox or Eurox straddle cables. I think you can just use road brake cables instead.
You can make your own cables if you learn how to splay and solder. You can also get some nipples with grub screws.
