I have a 2014 Kona dew plus with an Xtracycle leap cargo conversion (pictured) and I'm wanting to hopefully put some wheels that'll fit at least 4"+ tires on it for beach and off-road riding. I know forks and wheels have varying types of geometries which slope at certain points, but i'm not sure how to decipher those dimensions from just looking at them or exactly what I'm looking at.

After researching, I'm aware that this bike has a Kona project 2 aluminum fork. I think this is the fork, but i'm not 100% sure. This fork linked I believe is the newest model on their website, but I don't think the dimensions change much.
    It lists
    Fork:
    – Dew
    – aluminum
    410mm A/C
    50mm OF
    QR
    ISO disc
I don't understand what these dimensions mean. Is all the info usually listed somewhere on the actual forks and wheels? How do I know if the wheels will fit on my bike with the hydraulic brakes, and are compatible with the rear gear assembly (Shimano Altus, pictured)?

If I walked into a room filled with forks and rims, how would I know they'd even fit on my bike? Will a suspension fork fit on this bike? I am fairly new to this, but I'd also like to do all the work myself if I can. I do not have a grudge against taking it to a bike shop so they can put it on.

Fatbike tyres will not fit into this fork. As in “no chance in hell”. I doubt even a 2.8″ tyre will fit.
