I saw on /r/Michigan the other day that the Dragon Trail in Newago was recently completed. The trail loops around Hardy Dam Pond and is about 45 miles long.
I was curious if anyone from the sub has had a chance to visit yet and can report on what the trails are like there. From what I can tell, they seem to be mostly XC type trails rather than a lot of jumps and technical stuff. They are also listed at two way, mulit-use trails. So if anyone can speak to how well that works out and how it affects the ride, that would be cool too.
I’m hoping to plan a trip out there in the spring, so any intel I can gather in advance will help trip planning a lot.

Also, it looks like the system is at least mostly on [Trail Forks](https://www.trailforks.com/region/the-dragon-trails/?activitytype=1&z=12.1&lat=43.51241&lon=-85.62271&content=trails,labels,nst,region,poi,directory,polygon,waypoint,routes_featured) already, although the full loop does no appear to be on there yet. I’ll be scouring over all the info I can find there as well.
