This is an excellent example of “citizen journalism” and why it matters. Some people love it, some hate it (and probably still watch). This was a new take on why it helps, with an overview of the law involved.

The problem with auditor channels is that they waste so much police time and take them away from dealing with serious incidents. Entertaining yes but frankly a huge waste of public expenditure.

Not correct.There is no set legal qualifation for journalism, but not anyone can becalled a journalist you need to be a published writer. A bricklayer can not claim he is jornalist but a writer/phographer can do so. Many unqulified reporters and journalist present the content on the internet, some are very good other find the get sued or legal action.Thaking pictures in public is not illegal

Change the sub 249g drone laws to allow no drones in citys or industrial areas unless your highy qualified and have a legitimate purpose and authorisation.

I would say this example, is reasonable behaviour for DJ's actions on high-lighting the 'plastics' into the environment. It also shows how bad some companies are. Yes very broard. Review.

Any one can fly and see but can they record without permission is the question. They cannt do it. How can they be trusted if they want to be anonymous during interaction. They are not journalists. Journalists generally identify themselves first. In particular scenarios they inform the people who are involved in their investigation and conclude it. But here so called Audtos have spy cameras means and want to anonymous means they dont want to take responsibility of published information. How come they can be journalists. They are spy agents for parties who pay thier check. The party may be social media like youtube or anti social element anyother who pay them . Thats why they are anonymous in those videos. They even decline police requests to identify themselves.
Why don’t you practice common law, why do you practice Maritime law? Why do you practice trust law? Why are the courts prosecuting a person, a entity, a artificial person. Why don’t you inform people that the all Caps entity being prosecuted in court is not the actual living man or women standing in the court. Why are courts and magistrates registered entities with a Dunn and Bradstreet number. Why are the UK Police a registered corporation
Another example proving the Environment Agency are not fit for purpose. They are a government organisation. The last generations will view these videos and will rightfully question the competence of today's 'authorities' and how the human race put commerce and profits before the environment.
