My final big week ahead of Ironman Portugal in just under 3 weeks time. It felt like a struggle this week, so this video definitely held me accountable! The last few weeks between Ironman Copenhagen and Ironman Portugal have been tough and my body is tired but we’re so close now!!

Truth is, training through the realities is one of the things that makes you a legend, and so inspirational. Thanks so much for the content.   2. Youre definitely experiencing anxiety, when this happens to me i ask myself – what evidence do i have that this has happened? Has this happened before? Even if the very unlikely scenario happens, can i cope? (The answer is always yes we're strong humans that can cope with a lot worse) Look up cognitive challenging exercises or get a psych to help, it gets easier

  3. Just wondering about your 'sausage fingers'. I get really swollen fingers when I run long distances to the point where I cant make a fist with my hand and it worries me. Does this happen to you and have you ever looked into it? I have tried swinging my arms and opening and closing my hands but it doesnt work.
