I’ve been diving into working on my own bikes this past year and a half and have learned a lot, I feel adeptly knowledgeable on most parts of a bike except when it comes to wheels. I recently up graded the groupset on my Trek Madone 4.5 from a Shimano 105 5600 series to a 105 R7000 series, going from a 10 speed cassette to an 11. I can’t seem to locate online good resources to figure out what wheels will fit my bike. I previously had a basic Bontrager alloy (aluminum, SSR 700c 23mm) pair that I moved with the groupset to another bike. Basically, I need a pair of wheels that is 700c, 100mm at the front, 130mm at the back and that can fit an 11 speed cassette. I want an upgrade from the previous pair, preferably carbon. Bonus points if the wheels can fit anything bigger than 23mm but the space between the seat stay is tight. Any resources or direct advice is would be appreciated.
