Opinions on parting out vs selling bike as is – Motobecane Mulekick 853

So I got a Mulekick 853 from BD last year and overall like it but it is a little small and I recently got a great deal on a Checkpoint. I am debating selling the bike as is or parting it out and keeping the wheels to use as a second set for the Checkpoint.

If I sell the bike as is I would not feel great if I got under 1000 but more seems like a stretch. Being a BD brand the appeal is low in my mind. The benefit of selling as is in my mind is the convenience of being done with it in one transaction.

However if I part it out I feel like I should be able to get 1000 dollars back easily and be able to keep the wheels. My idea for prices is below:

GRX 810 drivetrain with extra chain: 500-600
Mulekick 853 frame: 200-300
Ritchey Venturemax carbon handlebars (upgraded): 180-200
Bontrager carbon seat post: 40-60
Bontrager carbon stem: 40-60
Shimano ed-500 pedals: 20
Total: 980-1240
