Day 19 I forced myself to take a day off yesterday, and did nothing but recover. Still today was tough. I did not have a good sleep so I was on the road by eight am. Leaving Belgrade up a few hills then hot hot hot. A good day cycling but tough work. I came back to the fact that you can’t have one without the other.
