    1. So earlier this week I [asked you all](https://www.reddit.com/r/Brompton/comments/1fo63up/im_about_to_take_the_plunge_on_a_new_pline_is/) for advice about buying a new Brompton. I got a tonne of advice, thanks for all the feedback! I popped into my local bike shop today, thinking I’d just be placing an order, but it turns out they had one in stock that was pretty much to the spec I was after, and I rode it home just now.

After playing with both the c-line 6 speed and the p-line 4 speed in their car park, I figured the weight savings were definitely noticeable, and worth the extra money. I ended up getting a p-line urban with the medium bars, as that seemed the best fit. I tried the high bar on a c-line they had in store, and it was just a little too high for me. It turns out the standard seat post wasn’t an issue for my height either, at around 5’7”. I’ll probably pick up a rack too when they get them in stock. Now I’m just itching to go on a cycle!

Oh, and do you guys fit a kick stand to your Bromptons, or do you just get used to folding the rear wheel to keep it upright?
