Original owner’s set-up at the last pictures.

=> This is my small rebellion agaist the infectious low effort “what should I do” posts…

=> Wanted to built the ideal commuter and touring bike. Ended up in a rabbit hole with a focus on reliability, aesthetics and US or European manufactured components. The result was a Rohloff Speedhub with belt drive, drop bar and a splash of Paul.

  1. was about to say… that’s a lot of MUSA (ahem, talismanic) bits for a European bike.

Looks dialed and fantastic. Was it difficult setting up Sram shifters to shift a Rohloff?

Edit: minus 1 point for not getting the Brooks with the blue rivets (I’M KIDDING)

How do you dial in the belt length? I don’t see an eccentric hub nor horizontal dropouts.

  3. Just learned about Paragon PolyDrops this week and love their versatility. Still trying to figure out why there’s no sliding inserts for them but I guess thays where EBB’s come in.
