Yet another rounded screw case. Does anyone know what screw is this?

I have recently purchased Grail CF SL. As Canyon did not grease the front fork pipe well, I had to get down on the business to get rid of the squeaky noise. But this screw simply got rounded (the part that holds the pipe). I was using the original equipment with listed nm torque – however, i got unlucky.. i guess. Anyone know what this bolt or part is?

Any tip for screw extracting is also very welcome.
